Gala and Fundraiser Photography in Boston, Where Everyone Feels Celebrated

People who feel celebrated look different in photos. The night ends, but those photos keep working. Next year's appeal, the annual report, every sponsor conversation after. But this night? Every attendee sharing their photo, branded with your diamond sponsor's name on it, while the room is at its most generous.

We're Committed to Everyone in That Room, Not Just the Podium

Your donors see themselves before dessert

Photos are edited and shared in real time, so a donor sees themselves with the honoree while the moment is still fresh, and shares it while the energy's still high.

We know who matters before the night starts

A donor cultivation dinner and an awards gala need completely different galleries. We find out what these photos have to do, and who has to be in them, so your board and major donors aren't afterthoughts caught mid-sentence.

Your sponsors get seen, not just thanked

If a sponsor covered the bar or the dinner, we make sure they're visible in the photos people actually want to share, not standing next to a step-and-repeat nobody looks at twice.

A team, so nothing gets missed while something else is happening

The auction is running while the honoree is at their table while a sponsor wants a photo with the executive director. For bigger events, that's more than one photographer's job.

LET'S CONNECT

You Can't Ask the Honoree to Do It Again

We're in position before the name is called

The honoree's name gets called. One of us is on the stage for the speech. But the shot that ends up in the annual report is the one from the tables, where their daughter is crying, and the one from just off stage, where three people are hugging them at once and it lasts about four seconds.

That only works because all three of us knew it was coming. We read your run of show ahead of time, so during cocktail hour we're already covering the step and repeat, the VIP room, and the party, and when the program starts, we're where we need to be.

GOT QUESTIONS?

It depends on how many photographers you need, how long we're on site, and whether video is part of it. Talk it through with us on a discovery call and you'll get a custom quote within 24 hours.

We ask ahead of time who your sponsors are and what they're sponsoring, the bar, the dinner, the entertainment, and we build time into the plan to catch them where guests are actually engaging, not just standing next to a step and repeat.

Yes. Photos are edited and delivered in real time, so guests and sponsors can see and share themselves before the night is over.

It depends on your guest count, whether there's a program with a stage, and how many things are happening at once. A night with an auction, a VIP room, and an awards program is more than one photographer's job. We'll walk through it together.

Yes. We work with trusted video production studios, so a sizzle reel or donor and honoree interviews can be added without you sourcing a separate vendor. Interviews are especially useful if you want footage for next year's appeal or your annual meeting.

You receive an unlimited license to use your photos however you'd like, print or digital, with no expiration. Three Circles Studio retains ownership of the images. If you need something different, we can talk it through.

Yes. We carry two million dollars in general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue.

Deposits are non-refundable but convert to a credit toward a future booking. If weather, venue closure, or a public emergency forces a cancellation, your deposit becomes a credit regardless of timing. If we ever have to cancel on you, you receive a full refund.
