Conference Headshots in Boston, Making Your Brand Memorable
Most people get herded through like cattle, stand where they're told, get a flat photo, and forget which company even ran it. Or it can be a great photo, a great time, and a real connection in the two minutes we have together, and this is the version people remember next year.

Nobody Expects a Headshot Booth to Be the Best Part
Delivered as soon as they walk away
Photos are edited and sent in real time, so people are posting and tagging your event before the day is even over. This creates massive buzz around your booth and draws in every other attendee at the conference!
Watching is half the experience
Nobody in line is just waiting till their turn. They're watching the photographer create real laughter from the person in front of them. And by the time it's their turn, they're already warmed up with big bright smiles!
Day five feels like day one
The booth can't lose steam by day three, that's not fair to the attendees who didn't make it on day one. Long call times, back-to-back sessions, whatever the schedule demands, the energy at the end of the week is just as pumped as the first day.
Every station feels like the same experience
With multiple stations running, people naturally start comparing lines, this photographer's better, that one's more fun. Not here. Every photographer on the team works the same way: how we talk to people, how we get someone to actually relax, how we make the wait feel good too.
Your Line Keeps Moving, No Matter What
Staffed for the day that doesn't go as planned
For the Massachusetts Municipal Association's Connect 351 conference, we needed coverage that could run two straight days without slowing down. So I brought in a photographer from Atlanta who trains the same way I do, plus two more photographers as backup, so if anyone needed a break, the line never even noticed.
That's the thing about running a booth for two days straight: the moment you're down a person, the wait grows, people get restless, and the whole vibe of the line changes. We built in the backup before it ever became a problem. Nobody at that conference waited longer because someone needed water or a bathroom break.

Every Event Runs This Differently. Yours Should Too.
A trade show sponsor wants leads and a logo everywhere. A conference organizer wants a perk attendees actually use. Some organizations have attendees pay for it themselves. All three work, and each one changes how we set the booth up, what gets branded, and who owns the outcome. We figure out which model fits your event before we build the plan.
BOOK A CALL
At the end of the day, when my turn came, I expected the photographer to be tired, naturally, and maybe not as engaged. I couldn't have been more wrong. He made the awkward process of getting a headshot easy and fun.

THE PROCESS

Tell Us About Your Event
WHAT WE'LL FIGURE OUT FIRST
- Talk through headcount, single day or multi-day, and how much time we have per person
- Decide how it's funded, sponsor-backed, attendee-paid, or built into your event budget
- Decide the experience you want, fast and efficient, or with a stylist on hand for people in line
- Get a quote within 24 hours

We Build the Booth Plan
SET UP TO FIT YOUR SPACE
- Confirm footprint and setup timing around your venue's schedule
- Plan branding for your gallery and delivery emails, plus any backdrop you're supplying
- Staff the right number of stations and photographers for your expected line
- Secure your date and team with a 50% deposit

Event Day
THE LINE BECOMES PART OF THE SHOW
- Photos edited and delivered in real time, so people are sharing before the day's over
- Additional photographers rotate in seamlessly, so the line never slows, even across multiple days
- People chat, laugh, and watch the person ahead of them get warmed up

After the Event
EVERY PHOTO AND EVERY CONTACT, EASY TO FIND
- Every attendee's name, email, phone number, and photo organized in one spreadsheet
- Pull up anyone afterward, VIPs, sponsors, speakers, board members, whenever you need them
- Full gallery stays live for attendees to revisit and share
- Same setup, same team, ready for next year
STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING, NO GUESSING
Every event's different, so we build the number around yours.
- This is an "up to" number -- your best guess at the most people who might stop by, not a guarantee.
- Past 45 people a day in 3 hours, or 80 in a full day, we switch to a flat volume rate per photographer.
- From that point the price stops moving, however many people show up.
- Half day is up to 3 hours of shooting, full day is up to 8 -- we load in before doors and break down after, neither counts against your window.
- Plan for up to 40 people per hour, per photographer, for the best results. One photographer can physically cover 60, but that pace shows in the photos.

What we’ll sort out on the call
The number above covers people and hours. These decide what you actually walk away with, and none of them fit in a calculator.
How many finished images does each attendee take home?
Should the gallery carry your branding, and do attendees give an email to download?
Do speakers and VIPs get a separate, unhurried slot?
Is this a sponsor activation, and who needs logo placement or usage rights?
Outward facing for press and social, or an internal recap only?
Who licenses the images afterward, and can attendees buy files or prints?
Planning estimate, not a final quote. The volume rate applies per photographer on site, since each one covers an unlimited number of people, and every line repeats for each day booked.
GOT QUESTIONS?
It depends on your event, sponsor-backed, attendee-paid, or built into your event budget all price out differently, along with headcount, single day versus multi-day, and how much time you want per person. Tell us about your event and we'll build a number around it.
It depends on how much time you want per person. We'd rather give each person real attention and a photo worth using than rush everyone through as fast as possible. Tell us your expected headcount and we'll figure out the right pace and staffing together.
The gallery and the delivery emails, yes. Your branding, or your sponsor's, goes on both. Send us logo files and brand guidelines as early as you can and we'll build that out together. We don't brand the booth physically, so if you want a specific backdrop color or pattern, that's something you'd provide and we'll shoot on it.
As little as 6 feet by 10 feet per station, and we can set up in as little as 20 minutes. We arrive 45 minutes before doors open to account for things like venue power access, which sometimes takes longer than expected.
Yes. We've run stations across five straight days without the quality or the energy dropping off, day five feels like day one.
Yes. Every attendee's name, email, phone number, and photo comes to you organized in a spreadsheet, so you can find anyone, VIPs, sponsors, speakers, board members, whenever you need them. We deliver everything to the organization that hired us. What you do with it after that is up to you.
You receive an unlimited license to use your photos however you'd like, print or digital, with no expiration. Three Circles Studio retains ownership of the images. If you need something different, we can talk it through.
Yes. We carry two million dollars in general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue.
