There's a version of your night where a great moment happens, gets buried in a photographer's laptop, and reaches you two weeks later as a link in an email. There's another version, where the photographer already knew this moment mattered enough to be ready for it, and it's in someone's hands before they've even sat back down.

The applause is still going as the honoree walks off stage, award in hand. We knew this was the shot the room came for, so we were positioned for it, not scrambling to catch it. By the time they sit down, the photo is already there. They turn and show it to their family, the people who came to watch them be honored. A sponsor at the next table catches a glimpse and shares it too. The moment gets to be lived and remembered, at the same time.

Corporate conferences, galas, fundraisers, festivals. Each one gets its own plan and shot list, built around what your day actually needs.

Before we shoot, we ask what the photos are actually for. An event built around recruiting next year's volunteers gets a gallery that's mostly volunteers, working together, welcoming guests. A night built around an expensive keynote gets time on stage and in the audience reacting to them. A gala with a sponsor covering the lunch gets that sponsor visible in the photos people actually want to share. Same event industry, different job every time.

Coverage starts at $600/hour for a lead photographer, $400/hour for each additional photographer, and $1,600 for a sizzle reel if you want video too. Where it lands depends on how many photographers you need, how long we're on site, how many locations we're covering, and what deliverables matter most. Faster than you're expecting. I offer real-time delivery during the event, so attendees can access their photos before they even leave the room. Your full edited gallery, along with a highlight album to share, arrives within 72 hours of the event ending. Speed is part of the service.

You're still covered. Every booking is backed by a trained team, not just me, so your event never depends on one person's calendar. At Startup Boston Week, twelve photographers worked under me across five days. If I'm ever out, someone from the studio steps in, briefed on your run of show, your VIPs, and what matters most, so the coverage doesn't skip a beat.

We start by talking about what these photos are actually for, not just what's on the schedule. A gallery meant to recruit next year's volunteers looks different from one meant to justify a keynote fee, which looks different again if a sponsor needs visibility. Once we know the goal, your run of show and shot list follow naturally, and I know where to point the camera before the day even starts.

Both. I work with trusted video production studios, so you don't have to source a separate video vendor. You get photo and video coverage from people who already know how to work alongside a photo team, captured start to finish.

Yes. I carry two million dollars in general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue.

You receive an unlimited license to use your photos however you'd like, print or digital, with no expiration. Three Circles Studio retains ownership of the images. If you need something different, we can talk it through.

Deposits are non-refundable but convert to a credit toward a future booking. If weather, venue closure, or a public emergency forces a cancellation, your deposit becomes a credit regardless of timing. If I ever have to cancel on you, you receive a full refund.
