At the studio, music's on. People keep working between their turns, laptops open, but the energy's different than a normal workday. When we pull up someone's photo on the screen, the room gets loud, people ribbing each other over the silly faces I make them do to relax their smile muscles. By the end, it feels less like a photo session and more like the team spent the afternoon together.
My studio has a few rooms, enough space for a team of twenty or thirty to spread out. And if it's easier to stay put, I'll bring that same energy to your office.

A smaller team gets one photographer, start to finish. With a larger team, we bring on a second photographer, one giving leadership the fuller experience, the other keeping things moving efficiently for everyone else.
For leadership, I recommend more time. More backgrounds, more outfit changes, more images to choose from, and enough room to actually relax instead of feeling rushed through it. A stylist helps too. Their photo tends to show up in more places, press, investor decks, conference bios, so it's worth getting it exactly right. Everyone else still gets a genuinely good, straightforward session, just a faster one.

Every team's different, so we build the number around yours.
- Priced per person, not by the hour, so nobody's rushed through like it's an assembly line.
- On location has a 5-person minimum, in studio a 3-person minimum.
- That's enough time to get someone comfortable, catch a real expression, fix a flyaway, and straighten a collar before the shot.
- Up to 12 people per hour is possible if the schedule demands it.

Planning estimate, not a final quote. The volume rate applies per photographer on site, since each one covers an unlimited number of people, and every line repeats for each day booked.

Somebody always can't. They catch up in a makeup session, matched to everyone else so their photo doesn't look like it came from somewhere else. We agree on how many of these are included during our first call, before anything's paid, so it's settled up front.
Either. We shoot on location at your office, at your conference, at your all-hands, or at your retreat. Or your team comes to our Malden studio, which has a few rooms and enough space for around 20 people to spread out.
Molly, our hair and makeup stylist, is available as an add-on. Let us know when you book so we can have her ready. She works with you on whatever the day calls for, a full look or a small adjustment before the camera, and pricing depends on the scope of work for your team.
That can be part of the makeup day at our Malden studio. We'll talk through it and get them back in front of the camera.
You receive an unlimited license to use your photos however you'd like, print or digital, with no expiration. Three Circles Studio retains ownership of the images. We've signed NDAs for clients before, so if your organization needs one, we can do that too.
Yes. We carry two million dollars in general liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for your office or venue.
For remote hires out of state, I connect them with a photographer in my network who matches the look. That photographer prices their own work, so it's separate from your rate with us, but the result matches the rest of your team.
