Headshot Sessions

A full headshot session is for when you want personal guidance. It’s a flexible session with lots of looks and changes, within a 3-hour window, so we can take our time and fully coach you through expressions, poses, backgrounds, and lighting no matter if you want one image or a few dozen. Reserve your spot for $345, purchase individual images for $350 each, with weekend sessions + $100 and an optional stylist + $300 for hair and makeup.

Veterans, Military Families, Educators, Social Workers, and First Responders

Three Circles Studio offers a limited number of donation based ‘free’ headshot sessions each month for military members, veterans, military families, teachers, social workers, and first responders as a small thank-you for the work you do. These sessions are held only on select days and the schedule can vary.

To reserve a spot, please reach out to Kendall at Assistant@threecirclesstudio.com for a special booking link and current availability. The session are only on weekdays, about 10 minutes long, includes one fully retouched image shared the same day, and normally priced at costs $449.

Headshots for Returning Organizations

For returning organizations, headshots are a streamlined version of what we’ve done together before. I’ll photograph your team in a consistent style that matches your existing images, and your organization’s main contact will receive the final images and invoice. Please follow any outfit or branding guidelines your organization has provided (for example: colors, patterns, or dress code) so your new headshot fits seamlessly with the rest of your team. If you need a date that isn’t listed, please reach out to Kendall at Assistant@threecirclesstudio.com.

Express Headshot Sessions

Express Headshot Sessions are a shorter, budget-friendly version of my full session, perfect if you just need a quick, updated professional photo. We’ll focus on one look, one or two backgrounds, move with purpose, and I’ll coach you through posing and expression so you feel relaxed and confident. You still get great lighting, attention to detail, and images that feel like you, just in less time. The session is only on weekdays, about 15 minutes, costs $449, and includes one fully retouched image shared the same day.
